is there free parking?
Parking is not provided. There are many public garages within walking distance, as well as valet available at the hotel for $28 per day or $38 overnight.
will there be food?!
Yes. Snacks, lite bites, and beverages will be provided in addition to one drink ticket per guest. That being said, if you have food allergies, please pack your own food as we unfortunately cannot guarantee all ingredients in food. No outside alcoholic beverages will be permitted.

can i sell my ticket?
Unfortunately we do not allow third party ticket sales for this event. All tickets are non-refundable. You may transfer your ticket to a friend via EventBrite.
Will there be a nursing area?
Check back soon and contact us if this is something that you will need. Nursing babies are welcome, however we encourage all mamas to take a few hours for themselves as they are able. No childcare will be provided.
Can i book a hotel room?
Yes! We suggest booking a room ASAP at the Hotel Monaco, or one of the following local hotels: The Omni William Penn, The Fairmont Pittsburgh, The Industrialist, Embassy Suites Pittsburgh, EVEN Pittsburgh.
covid-19 policy
The health and safety of our members, guests, employees and team are SO important to us. We will not be requiring masks or vaccinations, however we will follow all current state, federal and local guidance at the time of the event.
We will provide hand sanitizer stations, and ask that anyone that has been directly exposed to COVID-19 within 14 days of the event, or that is feeling ill not attend.

What should I wear?!
This event is DISCO themed, but you are welcome to wear whatever makes you happy! Most of the event will be held outdoors, so dress for the weather and wear sunscreen!
What if it rains?
This event will be held rain or shine, and there will be a rain back up location inside of the hotel for all outdoor events.
is this event 21+?
Yes, but please contact hello@beyond-boss.com for potential exception if you are willing to wear an under 21 wristband.
