Select an unlimited number of 15 minute photo content shoots with Caitlin Thomas, as well as video content shoots. A variety of micro-mini dates are available monthly on both weekend and weekdays.
Your images and video can be used for social media, websites, marketing materials, or brand collaborations.
A variety of session dates are available monthly in the Pittsburgh area for members to select from, and are valued at $375+ per session.

the evolution
Founded in 2020, our membership was an opportunity for woman business owners to connect, have monthly content photos shot by founder Caitlin Thomas, and be a part of something empowering.
In 2021 the membership evolved into a powerhouse online education resource with 4+ monthly classes, a library of over 125+ classes, weekly business group coaching calls and more.
But with a changing landscape in how women want to network and learn in a post-Covid world, we decided to focus our attention on our highest membership level - this level, IGNITE, is now the cornerstone membership, helping women grow and market their Pittsburgh area businesses.
A majority of our community is comprised of small business owners, and with the help of our community they are thriving. Not only does our membership program offer unlimited branding and content photo sessions with Beyond Boss founder Caitlin Thomas, but it includes 1:1 and group coaching and networking opportunities, and access to our library of over 125+ virtual classes. Whether you need to learn how to start or crush it at email marketing, how to budget, how to be more sustainable, or how to set smart goals, our library of content is PACKED, all taught by powerhouse women in our community.
